2. Hosting and server logs

This website is operated under brevonsystems.de. Access generates technical data (e.g. IP address, date/time, URL, user agent, referrer) to provide and secure the service (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

3. Inquiry form

If you submit the contact/inquiry form, we process the data you enter (e.g. name, Discord handle, project/server, package, message) to handle your request (Art. 6 (1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The data is forwarded to our Discord webhook so we can process it in Discord.

Recipient: Discord (Discord Inc. / Discord Netherlands BV). Transfers to third countries (especially the USA) may occur.

4. Status API

The site and status.brevonsystems.de may fetch live system status. This creates ordinary connection data and is not intended to identify individual visitors.

5. Toplist / Discord profile display

Toplist pages may show publicly visible Discord profile data (display name, avatar, banner, clan tag) and refresh it periodically (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR and/or consent/contract with the person shown).

6. Image hosting (images.brevonsystems.de)

If the image host is used, uploaded files and related metadata are stored to serve those files. Access creates server logs as in section 2.

7. Cookies and local storage

We do not use marketing/tracking cookies. Technically necessary browser storage may occur. Fonts are hosted locally on our server; we do not load Google Fonts.

8. Retention

Personal data is kept only as long as needed for the stated purposes or legal retention duties. Server logs are usually rotated/deleted after a short period unless security reasons require longer retention.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection (where processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(f)). You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. Provision of data

Form fields are voluntary but required to process an inquiry. Without necessary details we may be unable to respond.
