Terms of service
1. Scope
These terms apply to contracts between Linus Joel Reibert, trading as BrevonSystems (“Provider”), and the customer for services such as Discord bots, panels/dashboards, operations/support, Minecraft hosting and related IT services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Note: Until a German trade licence is registered, no paid services are offered bindingly via the website (see imprint). These terms apply to later confirmed contracts.
2. Conclusion of contract
Website inquiries are non-binding. A contract is formed only upon express acceptance by the Provider (e.g. email, Discord or signed individual agreement) and usually after payment where fees are due.
3. Services
The scope follows the offer, confirmation or individual contract (e.g. bot setup, bot+panel, full ops, Minecraft hosting with agreed resources).
4. Prices and payment
Prices are as stated in the offer. The Provider uses the German small-business VAT scheme (§ 19 UStG); invoices are issued without VAT. Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed. In case of default the Provider may suspend services.
5. Customer duties
The customer provides required access, information and approvals in time and uses the services lawfully (no illegal content, abuse, or violations of third-party / platform terms).
6. Term and termination
One-off setup ends upon delivery/acceptance. Recurring services run for the agreed term and end without auto-renewal unless agreed. Extraordinary termination for cause remains unaffected.
7. Availability
The Provider aims for high availability. 100% uptime is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance is announced where possible.
8. Liability
Unlimited liability applies for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence only for essential contractual duties, limited to foreseeable typical damage. No liability for data loss where the customer failed to keep reasonable backups.
9. Privacy

10. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding CISG. If a clause is invalid, the remainder stays in force. Individual agreements prevail over these terms.
