Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Linus Joel Reibert, Straße der Solidarität 6, 37339 Leinefelde-Worbis, linus.reibert@web.de) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Services started during the withdrawal period
If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed us of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal expires for service contracts when the service has been fully performed after your express prior consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal upon full performance (§ 356 (4) BGB).
